Kouzina EPE (Kitchen LTD) has been operating since 2008 and is located in the historic area of Splantzia, in the old town of Chania.
Its flavors are mainly based on the Cretan and Mediterranean diet using local pure products and raw materials. Traditional and forgotten recipes of the Cretan cuisine of the past, are combined with the urban cuisine of today, in the modern space and the welcoming atmosphere of Kouzina EPE.
The meals are renewed daily, depending on the season and the availability of the products and are listed on the kitchen’s blackboard.
After all, this is the philosophy of Kouzina EPE. In other words, to be able to offer its customers the possibility to include the pluralism of the Cretan-Mediterranean diet in their daily nutrition.
